FOUNDED IN 2017

All-American Brew Works is a veteran owned and operated craft brewery, founded by family and friends, brewing in their garage, with a passion for great American style beers that we wanted to share with our local community.

Our Taproom is equipped with 20 taps to feature our favorite independently brewed, craft beers.  We brew on a 4 BBL Brewhouse, specializing in a flavorful, full range of crushable light beers, hop forward styles, fruited sours and hard seltzer waters. 

THE OPENING OF CO-PILOTS
DELI, BBQ & CATERING IN 2020

Shortly after opening in 2017, we met our friends with the Half Ass BBQ catering and competition team.  After hosting several kick butt BBQ days at the brewery, it was decided to partner with Pitmaster Eric Miller & the Half Ass BBQ team to open up Co-Pilots Deli & BBQ, to offer a full time food menu to complement All-American's beer line-up.

The kitchen space Is small but Eric is pumping out some top quality deli sandwiches, which are headlined by the crowd favorite F-14 Tomcat.  It's loaded up with our house smoked turkey breast, bacon & provolone cheese.  Then dressed with avocado mash, mayo, fresh shred lettuce, tomatoes, house pickled onions, house seasoning blend and mouth watering house creamy BBQ sauce!

While we wish we could do BBQ & Burgers full time...Our kitchen space just Isn't big enough for It to be possible.  At this point, we're pulling out the PIT one Saturday a month for a good old fashion BBQ Bash! No pellets were harmed in the making of this BBQ!  Keep an eye out for our Burger Burn Saturday's as well!
